Can I take medicine after taking the swine flu shot?

I took the swine flu shot today at school. I felt fine when I got the shot but about ten minutes after I got back to cl, I felt really dizzy. I thought I was just being paranoid but about 40 seconds later, I could barely see anything, it was all black and I could only make out the basic outlines of things. I asked to go to the nurse and while walking there I felt like I was about to p out. When I got to the nurse she told me to lay down and she propped my legs up on a chair. She told me not to worry too much because dizziness was one of the effects of the vaccine. I felt better so I went back to cl but now I just got home and I have a huge headache. Would it be ok if I took some advil or something? I'm 14 years old, if that helps...
