Do I have an exhaust leak? My 95 prelude makes a chatty noise only at about 2000 rpm.?

Take your car to a mechanic and have them check and tighten all your exhaust. From the motor to the tailpipe. Then drive your car again up to 2,000 rpm and see if the chatty noise continues. Some exhaust will only vibrate if it is loose at certain speeds.
