Nicole richie . gets only 4 days in jail? while paris got 24 days.?

this was nicole second offense . she was caught driving on the wrong side of the freeway while high on weed .she only gets 4 days in jail. how is that fair ? paris second offense was driving without a license. but her first offense was a dui. whats going on with judges theses days. i spent more time in the county jail (while pregnant) for stabing a guy who entered my grandma house attacked her and all i did was defend my grany. the copy told me that the only way u can defend yourself is if the guy went into your house. how about them apples
