Why do i always have neck and back pain?

I get headaches alot i think thats hereditary but i have neck pain and lower back pain all the time! Im a 17 year old female. The only injury i have had was i fell in dance cl 2 years ago and was in a minor car wreck but i didnt need to go to the hospital. So what do you think it could be?
