Can someone help me identify this downtempo/chillout song please?

The song is a chillout/downtempo/loungey type of track and it features a female vocalist singing about how she will always be there for her friend and she is sorry for all the times her friend goes through pain/heartache and that she will always be there for them. Sorry I don't have the exact lyrics but it's been KILLING me to figure out the song. I remember having it on one of those chillout/lounge compilation cds a few years ago
