How to use my chi energy and where to use it.?

Is it possible to create of energy in my hand like in dbz but in a much lower power and if not what can be done with the ki. I live in vancouver washington and do taekwondo is there anywhere i can learn to use my ki in a major magnified way allowing to do kamehamehas kind of if thats possible lol.
