So i got fired from my job should i fight for it?

I'm no expert but it sounds to me like you may have some sort of case against them. If this really is happening all the time and nobody else is getting disciplined for it, then it could be cled as unfair dismissal. Also you shouldn't have been fired in front of people like that, that's just wrong. I'd recommend you speak to someone who really know though - as I said I'm not a lawyer. Perhaps speak to Citizens Advice or somebody like that?
