Abercrombie kids return?

so i bought some pj bottoms from there to go to this sleepover. it fit right when i tried it on in the fitting room but when i put it on to wear it that night, i found that it was too tight when i sat down or crossed my legs and so i changed and wore my other pjs. i lost the receipt and i already threw away the tags. is there anyway i can even get store credit? i feel so ripped off.
