You got punctured dead? If so then you are already dead. But if you got stuck by a pencil, then chances are that it's not a life threatening wound. Just clean the cut with some alcohol or hydrogen peroxide put a bandage over it and keep it clean until it heals. By the way pencils are not made of lead, so don't worry about lead poisoning.
