How much time off work with taking Tami flu?

At the beginning of last week I had my flu injection as I am asthmatic. Well on friday I started to feel a little sniffle but was ok and thought nothing of it. On monday when I got up I felt dreadful I couldn't stop sneezing or coughing but struggled into work. When I got home from work I rang the national Swine flu helpline . After answering all the questions it war recommended that I have Tami flu. So far U have only taken 1 tablet but am feeling so much better. I rang in sick for tomorrow but what about the rest of the week. I know I haven got swine flu as I am able to move around the house all be it slowly. My question is what is the recommended time to take off work when you are taking Tamiflu. Oh and by the way I work as a Teaching istnant
