How to help neglected kittens?

Do you know if she's provided vet care for any of these kittens? If she doesnt have physical proof that these are her kittens then I think you'd be doing the right thing by caring for them and trying to find responsible homes for them. If you do take them in, please try to locate a low cost vet and have all of those kittens spayed and neutered when they are of age.
