How to transfer ferret from USA,GA to Czech republic?

Hi I have 2ferrets.We live in Georgia,US but I will be moving soon to Czech republic and I would like to take them with me. What do I do? do I need to go to veterinary? do I need permision? where do I get one? Is it legal? What airlines will take me with my two ferrets? I love them too much,and cant imagen leaving them behind! please help me someone! thank you !!!!
