Is there a safe/secure private lender for college loans that does not require a co-signer or a credit check?

I've maxed out school istance and stafford loans. My parents won't cosign or take out a PLUS loan. I only have a couple weeks left to come up with the money before I have to cancel my enrollment. Is there any way to get about $7K this semester and $5.5K next semester through a private/personal lender without a cosigner or credit check?
