My friend called today to tell me that her sisters house got busted?

they found drugs (her son had the drugs). Her sister has custody of her granddaughter (son's kid) and her 16 year old daughter has a 2 month old. They told my friend that if she doesn't take them to live with her as a safety plan that the state would pick them up. My friend is so stressed out because she doesn't want any problems, she's trying to have a kid of her own and now she has all this stress. she's watching 3 kids and child protective services is always watching over her. Do you think she should call cps and tell them she doesn't want to watch over them anymore?
