My mom's friend goes to china and buys stuff cheaper there?

she must go to the little markets there. tell me what brands they have at those places or whatever.i know for sure she can get the north face and ugg. but can she get northface bookbags and jackets. and i wanted like three pairs of uggs(grey,brown and black-grey and brown clic short and the black bailey on ones) do you think she can she buy underarmour stuff? what about juicy couture? tell me what they have in china. my moms like i'll just give her $400 and get you some stuff for christmas. the lady mentioned that she can get the north face jackets for like 20 bucks there. so i was gonna get a few of those. list some brands and what kinda stuff she can get please!(:
