What do you think is wrong with me?

So I used to smoke, until yesterday. I quit because they kept clogging my throat. So about a week and a half ago, I was sick with a cold, I wasn't wheezy really, just coughing (coughing up phlegm), runny nose, watery eyes. Well all that is gone, but now I'm still kind of congested, the phlegm is still there a little. I'm not coughing, but if I cough it's just to get the phlegm out. But in the last 3 days I've had diarrhea, and in the last 2 days, I've been nauseous. Today, I was just tired all day, and layed down. But I have a very high level of OCD and take some medicine. I take Geodon, Buspar, Metformin, Effexor, and something else but I'm not sure. But I didn't know if some of this was just side effects of them pills. Thanks for your time.
