Isn't it time Man Utd employed a Director of Football...?

Fergie can't be left to continue with his hopeless signings. Mistake after mistake has left my team Liverpool without a title in years!!!! If Fergie can't be trusted to sign useless overpaid prima donna's, then the club should employ someone who can surely???
